Since the change in ownership, we have been very pleased with the customer service and ease of making payments. The facility that we rent from has been updated with security and well maintained. I have personally spoke with the owner and 2 of his staff members who have been very professional and understanding with our circumstance. Having good customer service goes a long way with me.
